You should use a small hook and a bobber in three to four feet of water. It is best to anchor close up to some lilly pads or bulrushes. You don't have to go far. Right close to our boat-in camp is as good as anywhere along the chain of lakes. Sometimes perch will hit a walleye rig or even a minnow. If you catch pike, move on. The perch won't associate with a pike. |
